I stood at the counter for 5 minutes and then sat down as other people were getting help entering after me. Which is fine if would have at least got some acknowledgement for being there but i didnt even get a hello .

UPDATE: My son had a successful haircut sometime last year so we thought we would return. He hasn't had a haircut in 6+ months so we were really looking forward to it! Unfortunately Lisa, who we booked with decided to only halfway wear her mask and allow 2 other men to not wear a mask at all. When I asked if we could wait longer until we had a safe space in their establishment she immediately got defensive and aggressive telling us we could go back to the end of the line waiting another hour and a half. I don't mean to be a "rule follower" but not only do I have young children to care for, I have a mom with epilepsy and a grandmother very close to me, suffering from cancer. Sorry for having to take the mandates very seriously for the health of myself and loved ones around me. They should be embarassed that my 4 year old son can wear his mask with no complaints, better than most adults. They should also be ashamed for not following a health mandate right across the street from a hospital holding 90+ covid patiens. 11 whom are currently dieing in ICU. Not to mention: wearing a mask is one of the EASIEST things you can do to keep your community safe. I will no longer attempt to support a selfish business like this one. I might have a better review if we could ever get in for a haircut... The first time we showed up 10 minutes after open and it was already a 2 hour wait.. So we thought we would try their "book online" service. Not only is it still hours out, but you can't book for a certain time. Sucks for working parents trying to take their kids in around 5 before they close! Thought my son would have a good experience for his first haircut but it looks like that won't be happening here. They need a better way of accomodating paying customers. Like take my money when I'm already in your establishment and theres no one actually in there waiting. "They booked online". Awful customer service
